How we use the details you send us.
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number (if given) and the details of your enquiry. We use them only to reply to you, send samples and prepare quotes.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries and, where you ask for a quote, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR, Article 6).
We may share your enquiry with our manufacturer in Türkiye, only so that it can prepare samples and quotes. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless we start working together. This website does not use tracking cookies.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing sales@compofix.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
